Gary Eldred

Gary Eldred, a native of Montague County, is a father, husband, and sibling of five.  He was born and raised in Nocona. TX. His extensive international and domestic travels with one of the world’s largest energy services company gives him the knowledge and comfort to handle any situation. With vast knowledge in the Oil and Gas industry he feels this is an important resource when it comes to buying or selling your farm and ranch properties in Texas.

As a full time, real estate agent his career is his passion. Integrity, honesty, and kindness are held to the highest standard with his clients. He is an outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time hunting and fishing. He has an intense commitment for the people of the community and surrounding area. He volunteers his time serving the people of Montague County on the Nocona City and Nocona Rural Fire Dept. Some of life’s difficult decisions often come with buying or selling your farm, ranch, or home. He will provide the knowledge, strategy, and integrity in handling your real estate requirements.


Chanler Correll

Chanler Correll comes to us from Black Mountain, NC. Chanler moved to Weatherford, TX, in 2012, where she attended Weatherford College. While there, she rodeoed for the school and received an Associate of Science degree. Chanler later met her now-husband Casey Correll. They traveled to many small towns across Texas working on ranches and have now planted roots in Montague County, growing their family. Chanler realized she could combine her love of ranches, horses, and homes into one by becoming a real estate agent. Chanler brings her horse and ranch industry knowledge to the real estate world. Whether it's an equine facility, raw land, or a starter home, Chanler is committed to helping clients invest in their future.


Jerry Raymond

Jerry Raymond, a native of Montague County originally from Saint Jo, TX, is a husband, father, and grandfather. Jerry has been a Texas Realtor for over 35 years. He has also been involved in farming and ranching, sales, and landman work in the gas and oil industry. In the past, Jerry was very active in the community, working with the Saint Jo Volunteer Fire/EMS, coaching summer baseball leagues, and volunteering with the SJHS Booster Club. He continues to farm and ranch, be very active in the Saint Jo Church of Christ, and go hunting and fishing with his three sons and eight grandchildren. With his vast knowledge of working the land and experience working with and being in contact with the public, he will do everything to help you with your real estate needs.


Clayton Brown

I am originally from Weatherford, Texas and graduated from Peaster High School in 2010. I then earned my bachelors degree from the University of North Texas in 2016 and have been teaching and coaching ever since. I have been employed by the Nocona ISD for 5 years and have absolutely fallen in love with this community! I am excited for the opportunity to bring the same level of care, compassion, and devotion to my clients as I do to the students in my classroom. Whether you are buying or selling, I look forward to listening to your needs and assisting you every step of the way! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, and traveling.

Whitney Eldred

Born and raised in Montague County, Whitney spends her time being a wife, mother, Registered Nurse, and Real Estate agent. She attended Texas Tech University for 2 years, then ultimately graduated with a Bachelors degree from Midwestern State University in 2008. Whitney’s passion is for helping others. She focuses her time on helping others during the two largest moments of their lives; welcoming a new baby and buying or selling a home. In her free time, Whitney enjoys spending time with family.


Shelby Fuller

Shelby Fuller is a native of Montague County and brings a passion for service to assist you in your home buying and selling needs. She carries the value of hard work and integrity into everything she does. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas-Arlington and has taught English and Spanish for 20 years in the DFW Metroplex and Nocona ISD. She and her husband live in Nocona, Texas, and have three grown children.

When Shelby isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and spending time at Lake Nocona with family and friends.


Kelsey Cabrera

Kelsey Cabrera is a Denton County native. She moved to Nocona 12 years ago and has made Nocona her home. Kelsey comes to us with a long background in Administrative Assisting. In her spare time you can find her at the ballfield supporting her two children. She is very involved in the Nocona community and we are more than happy to have her.

Don Miller has been a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker for over forty years. A native of Montague County, Texas he grew up in Saint Jo, Texas. Mr. Miller is active in ranching, wildlife management and providing hunts, oil and gas and other investments.
